WHAT WE DID...

Corporate marketing agency GoRefCo, BT, MyCustomer and Genesys asked Sneak to create this three-way interview video to discuss the importance of high-quality customer service and the impact it can have on business.

Filmed at BT's headquarters in London in their new customer experience centre, the videos shares a range of insights, suggestions, anecdotes and advice on managing customer experience at the highest level. 

HOW WE DID IT...

Sneak provided BT with a range of interview video production services; from creative and concept development, scriptwriting, copy-writing, pre-production and planning, filming, editing, animation and content delivery for a number of digital and social platforms.

The interview videos have been used in a variety of ways, both across the organisations social and digital channels as well as in other advertising and out-of-home scenarios.
