We’ve spent more than a decade in charity video production, making fundraising videos and impact films for organisations from the Royal British Legion and the National Trust to small trusts telling their story for the first time. We know every pound matters, so we’ll show you exactly what your budget buys before we start.
Featured projectRoyal British Legion
A multi-year partnership across the Legion’s campaigns — Remembrance, fundraising events like Pedal to Paris, and the stories of veterans in their own words.
We know how charities work.
Making video for a charity isn’t the same as making it for a brand. Here’s what we plan for from day one.
Every pound has to work hard
Tell us your budget up front and we’ll plan to it, shooting so you get as much as possible from each day, from your main film to cutdowns for social.
Lots of people to keep happy
Comms, fundraising, leadership, trustees. We share scripts and storyboards early, so the edit holds no surprises and sign-off is quick.
Real people, handled with care
Beneficiaries, volunteers and veterans are trusting you with their story. We brief contributors properly, keep interviews relaxed and work within your consent and safeguarding processes.
Deadlines that don’t move
Appeal launches, awareness days, Remembrance. We plan backwards from your date so your film is ready when it matters.

Making video all year round? Monthly plans bring that down to £495 + VAT a credit. Rates are the same for every client, charity or corporate.

“I am so impressed with Sneak’s aptitude to just ‘get’ a brief, nail a video shoot and then produce a fast and brilliant video edit.”

Questions charities ask us
-
It depends on what you need, so we start from your budget. A short explainer or event film needs far fewer credits than a multi-location appeal film. Share a range and we’ll show you the options.
-
Our rates are the same for every client, charity or corporate, and completely transparent. You’ll see exactly what your budget buys before you commit to anything.
-
Yes. We’re based in London and film across the UK and internationally.
-
Most charity films take 2–6 weeks from brief to delivery. Got an urgent appeal? Tell us the date and we’ll work back from it.
-
Carefully. We agree the approach with your team first, brief every contributor, follow your consent and safeguarding policies, and never push for more than someone is comfortable sharing.
-
Your finished film, plus versions ready for your website, social channels, events and presentations — whatever formats your campaign needs.
