Every project is built from simple credits — one for development, filming, editing or animation — at £795 + VAT each on pay-as-you-go. No minimum, no contract.
Making video all year round? Monthly plans bring that down to £495 + VAT a credit. Rates are the same for every client, large or small.
Tell us who the film is for, where it’ll be seen and roughly what you’d like to spend. A range is fine.

Plan, film and edit. Most conference films take 2–6 weeks from brief to delivery, and same-day edits are available.

Questions about conference filming

A filming day is one credit: a videographer for up to eight hours with full kit. Editing is priced the same way, so a one-day conference with a highlights film starts at two credits. Multi-day events are one filming credit per day. Credits are £795 + VAT on pay-as-you-go, or from £495 + VAT on a monthly plan. See our pricing →

Yes. Tell us how many stages and rooms you’re running, and we’ll plan the crew and schedule to match.

Yes. Same-day and rapid edits are available. Tell us at the start and we’ll plan the shoot around it.

No. We don’t offer live streaming. We focus on filming and editing content you can use during and after the event.
