How we made the HMPPS training series.

01 · The brief

Practical learning, not a one-off

HMPPS wanted bite-sized, practice-focused training that builds confidence over time and fits around busy probation work.

03 · The outcome

A four-part series

An introduction, a film on what staff are being asked to do, and films on reducing bias and on intersectionality. Shared across online, digital and social channels.

02 · Our approach

Interviews and animation

We combined interviews with HMPPS staff and animated explainers in the HMPPS brand, with on-screen subtitles throughout.

04 · What we delivered
