Drone film · Royal British Legion

London to Paris, from the air and the saddle.

An event film for the Royal British Legion’s Pedal to Paris. Over 250 riders cycle from London to Paris to raise funds for the Armed Forces community, and we followed them from the start line through the French countryside and remembrance ceremonies to the finish at the Arc de Triomphe.

From brief to finished film.

How we followed a London to Paris charity ride from the air.

01 · The brief

Capture the whole journey

The Legion wanted a film that captured the scale, the emotion and the camaraderie of the ride, to thank riders and inspire more people to take on the challenge.

03 · The outcome

An event film that recruits

A 2-minute film that ends with a call to take on the challenge. Shared across online, digital and social channels.

02 · Our approach

Above the peloton, beside the riders

We used drones to follow the peloton along country roads, over memorials and into Paris, and filmed alongside the riders and at the ceremonies, catching their thoughts along the way.

04 · What we delivered

One ride, one film
