From brief to finished film.

How we turned sensitive training topics into short, real-world scenes.

01 · The brief

Training that feels like real life

Uber Eats needed training content for couriers on sensitive topics: understanding consent, uncomfortable situations, entering a customer's home, intoxicated customers and contact after a delivery. It had to feel real enough to be useful, without being heavy-handed.

03 · The outcome

A flexible set of training scenes

A library of scenario films organised by training module, each ready to drop into Uber Eats' courier learning. Shared across online, digital and social channels.

02 · Our approach

Short scenes, played by actors

We cast actors as couriers and customers and filmed each scenario on real streets and doorsteps. Each film is a short, dialogue-free scene built around one moment, so it can sit inside a training module and be discussed on its own.
