How we made an international trade programme's results easy to follow.

Turn programme results into a clear story

The programme works with customs administrations in four regions. The film needed to explain what it does and share the results, from faster release times to simpler procedures, for an international audience.

The programme's impact in four minutes

A 4 min 8 sec film covering 15 countries, 1,750 officials trained and 243 capacity-building activities, with partners describing the difference in their own words. Shared across online, digital and social channels.

02 · Our approach

Motion graphics, real footage and real voices

We built the film around animated data and maps, combined with border, port and logistics footage, and remote interviews with partners in Serbia, Peru and Mongolia who have seen the changes first hand.
