From brief to finished film.

How we turned a site safety briefing into a film visitors watch.

01 · The brief

Make a safety briefing people actually watch

Sulzer needed every visitor to its Leeds site to understand the same safety rules, from signing in at the kiosk to what to do when the fire alarm sounds, in a short film they could watch before arriving.

03 · The outcome

One induction for every visitor

A 3 min 26 sec induction that covers every rule a visitor needs, in the order they’ll meet them on site, and ends with a recap of the key points. Shared across online, digital and social channels.

02 · Our approach

Clear chapters, a friendly collage style

We broke the induction into clear chapters, each opened by a site-plan title card: arrival, check-in, fire alarms, smoking, electrical equipment, PPE, workshop safety, housekeeping and reporting. A cut-out collage style of real photos and illustration keeps it clear and engaging, with subtitles throughout.

04 · What we delivered
