How we showed the culture behind a DE&I award.

01 · The brief

Show what the award means inside the firm

HaysMac had been named Lloyds DE&I Champion of the Year. They wanted a film that went beyond the trophy and showed the culture behind it, for clients, for their own people and for the graduates they want to attract.

03 · The outcome

Culture, shown rather than claimed

A 5 min 10 sec film in which HaysMac's people explain why the culture matters to them, from leadership to career progression. Shared across online, digital and social channels.

02 · Our approach

From the managing partner to the graduates

We filmed at HaysMac's offices by Southwark Bridge, pairing a relaxed podcast-style interview with Managing Partner Natasha Frangos with conversations across the firm, from directors and supervisors to a senior associate, plus the award night itself.
